I have led large-scale transformation and software implementation programmes across enterprise environments, multi-vendor ecosystems, and high-growth organisations navigating rapid change. My experience spans system integrations, delivery governance, operating model change, and senior stakeholder engagement — ensuring initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
More recently, my work has focused on responsible AI adoption and governance, supporting organisations in integrating emerging technologies with appropriate oversight, accountability, and risk control.
